Dave Hannah comes to CopperTree with years of experience in the horticulture and landscape industries. His career began at a local nursery where he spent 4 years sharpening his knowledge of plants and people. Anxious for more of a challenge he went to work for a large local nursery and landscape company as a landscape installer. Thirteen years of learning and tireless work ethic advanced him rapidly to master construction foreman. An artistic eye and attention to detail gives Dave an incomparable advantage on any project with which he is involved.

Dan Pappas brings persistence and a demand for perfection to CopperTree. His reliable consistency throughout his 13 years of landscape installation keeps him in high demand with clients who have experienced his thoroughness on any project. Dan’s hard work and ability to bring in projects on time or ahead of schedule makes him in invaluable asset. As a master construction foreman Dan takes every opportunity to learn and develop new skills.

Both Dave and Dan have been part of installation teams that earned national landscape awards.

Troy Roberts brings an athlete’s focus and perseverance to every landscape design he has been involved with since 1995.  Troy’s college education provides a framework of successful communication and organizational skills critical to the homeowner’s professional landscape experience. Through hard work and determination he added management of construction landscape to his resume in 1999.  Troy’s character, integrity and work ethic guarantees the client’s satisfaction. 

Christopher (C.J.) Castelletti graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Horticulture and Landscape Design. As a teenager, C.J. began his career building his horticulture experience in the nursery. The practical common sense knowledge that he acquired from the retail nursery environment gave him the educational head start he needed to choose landscape design and sales as his career of choice. C.J.’s energy, charisma and retail background has served him well in his 6 years of landscape construction sales experience. Residential renovation is his specialty.
