1950 bungalow received a face lift
This older home had been vacant for 4 years and in sad shape in every way you can think of inside and out. This little cottage needed a new entry, the front opened up, and a personality. The back opened onto an alley and looked on to a restaurant and carpet store's parking lots and dumpsters. Tiny front, tiny back, no view and not much hope.
